Stone Creek of Flying Horse is comprised of 73 apartment Assisted Living, 22 bed Memory Care Cottage, and a 25 bed Independent Living Community. There are four levels of care in the Assisted Living Community.

My mom moved into Stone Creek of Flying Horse. I'm impressed with the facility. We've had a couple of hiccups with the staff, so we just need to get those resolved and everything will be fine. I think the meals look really good. I had dinner with her there. It was really yummy. The varieties that I've seen have been nice. They do have a gym. You sign a waiver to use it. They have a salon. I've not used that yet with her, but I know that it's there. It's been too cold to go out in the courtyard. For me it works out really well. It's ten miles from my house, and the area itself is nice. It's near an ice cream store, so that's most important; my mom likes ice cream. It's fairly close to some shopping.
