We've chosen HighPointe Senior Living for my mom and they're taking great care of her. The visiting hours are totally workable because her previous place only had visiting hours from Monday to Friday 10:00 to 2:00, which people who had actual jobs couldn't use but in this place it's 8:00 to 8:00 seven days a week. We could see her any time we wanted. The staff is very friendly, and my mom is eating their food, which is good because if she doesn't like the food she won't eat it, and that means the food is good. We haven't been there that long, but we haven't had any issues. They have a full day of activities, they're constantly stimulating the residents, and everything is geared towards memory type things. We had no problems with the activities; they're very engaging. The value for the money is awesome, it's just ridiculous how cheap they are because we're getting better quality of care. We're saving about $1,500 a month here than the other place.
