Bear Creek Senior Living was fine. They're very diligent. Their care and their staff seemed to be very dedicated. The guy who toured me was pleasant and accommodating. He answered all my questions, but I felt like I was being pressured into committing right then and I did not like that.
It's an old building. The layout and dining area were fine. The memory care rooms were typical, but it wasn't the cleanest place I've ever been to. It's got some age on it, but if I had to make a decision based on what I saw on the outside, there's no way I would ever have either one of my parents there. Some repairs needed to be made on the outside.

Bear Creek Senior Living was a nice facility and the people in the memory care were very nice. I loved the idea that they could do the women's fingernails, they do dances, and that they have activities. I would have given them a 5-star rating, except that my mom got bit by the dog in the facility and nobody did anything nor asked if she was OK.
The rooms were nice, though. I loved the outdoor facility that they had for my loved one. They had a plant area where every resident could plant and stuff like that. The facilities were very nice and if they had a problem, they would get it fixed the next day. They also provide transportation and they pretty much take care of everything, as compared to the other places that did nothing. The communication was good, too.
