If you are looking for senior residential care, please consider the following: A few days ago the Executive Director, was spoon-feeding lunch to a resident. This act of kindness comes directly from the heart. I doubt this is in her job description! This illustrates a strong manager leading by example. She could have easily delegated this task to her staff. What does this level of compassionate care demonstrate to her team? How many other Executive Directors perform the most basic of services directly to their clients? Another asset her son is the head of maintenance. They say the nut does not fall far from the tree. He seemingly got his heart from his Mother and his “can-do” attitude from the military.
