The Sunrise of Pleasanton was beautiful. The facility was very clean. The staff-to-resident ratio was very good. The residents appeared to be happy. Everybody looked healthy and well-kept. We didn't get a chance to sample any meals there, but they were very impressive. My daughter and I both went to look at it, and we thought it was really expensive. But now we realize that you get what you pay for.

We are planning to move my mom to Sunrise of Pleasanton. It was very nice and very well maintained. The rooms were nice and adequate. I liked that they had solo rooms in the memory care unit. The other facilities had shared rooms. The staff who assisted me was very professional and helpful. They had a gym and they provided the food.

Sunrise of Pleasanton was a very good facility. It's large and there seemed to be a number of residents that live there. They showed us all of the different activities that the seniors participate in. The staff member was very good. There are exercises, physical therapy, music therapy, outings, and they shuttle the residents to different places with a van. They have an activities director that plans all these things. I was impressed.
