Pacifica Senior Living Oxnard was really nice. I can tell by Ty, the director, that he was very caring and loving. Unfortunately, it didn't fit our price bracket. It was a smaller facility, but they were willing to work with the families to communicate with them when it comes to any sort of change in their care or finances. If you're struggling a little bit, they're not going to let the resident just go. So, they really care about our seniors. They knew the residents on a one-on-one basis, by their first names, which I think was important. The memory care was beautiful. The setup was nice. It was secure and the food was delicious.

We visited Pacifica Senior Living Oxnard. They accepted our deposit, they cashed our check, and I'm still waiting for a refund because they then denied my grandmother. The one staff member had dodged my calls. The other one is now dodging my calls because I'm still trying to get our refund. They were very nice to our faces when I stopped by unannounced, but they refuse calls or accept phone calls now. The rooms were fairly large. It's a newer facility and very clean. They have a movie theater, a dining hall, and a game room. They just don't want to work with you. They refused my grandma after they took my deposit and said that they were going to admit her. I'm still waiting for a refund and it's been like 28 days. I do not recommend them.

Oxnard Pacifica facilities are beautiful. The meals and food are wonderful. The activities are fun. Most of all the caregivers, staff and management are some of the best people I have ever met. They truly care about the residents.
