I had an in-person tour of Ivy Park at Bradford. I liked that the residents interacted with each other and the staff. I didn't feel like they were left in their rooms to sit all day. The staff members seemed attentive and caring. The facility was well-kept, clean, and presented itself as more of a social hotel than a resident's facility. They have activities, and I think they vary by day or month and what your skill level is. Their coordinator was extremely helpful and provided a lot of assistance.

I thought Ivy Park at Bradford was a very nice scenic place, and it's very clean. The staff was very professional there. They're very nice and informative. What I like least about the place was the cost. I only saw the main floor of the office. I didn't get to see the living quarters. I believe they have a gym and a salon.

Ivy Park at Bradford was very nice. If there's a way we could afford to put my mom there, we would probably choose that facility.
The staff was very pleasant and the rooms were nice. They have their own bath but the rooms that we toured didn't have their own kitchen. We toured both memory care and assisted living.
The dining area was also nice. They had a full salon and they had activities. They had just about everything like gardening, arts and crafts, and music. The upkeep was very good too.

From the moment I place a call and am greeted with such friendliness, this is what Ivy Park is all about. My dad has been a resident for over five years. The professional care and attention provided is really appreciated. The staff is exceptional.

My Mom is thriving in this environment . She is being well taken care of with her physical needs and mental needs.
