Crescendo Senior Living-Assisted Living & Memory Care was excellent. We liked it because they provide respite care. It's clean and friendly, and they've got a cute room specifically dedicated to respite care. They were just very expensive. Memory care is completely locked up. They have a TV room, a garden, a dining room, laundry service, in-room food service, and also an activities director.

My father will be moving into Crescendo Senior Living of Placentia. It was very welcoming. The caregivers were very attentive to the people they were watching over. They had activities. They knew people by name. I felt like it was a family to them and not just people that they were just checking off. It very much felt like they really knew the person. It wasn't like they just left them in the room and didn't do anything. They're attentive, friendly, seem happy, and very interested in who they were speaking to at the time.
It was clean and was acessible by wheelchair, walker or cane. I also like that the memory care also goes to the assisted living side as well. They kind of intermix, and I like that. They had a nice outside area that was shaded, but there were sunny areas that people can go to also, little patios and nice little entertainment areas. The dining area seemed nice, and the rooms were nice.

We have been very pleased with the care our mother has received at Cresendo. They have met all her needs and she is content. We have been especially impressed with the admin and staff at Cresendo during these COVID times. Communication has been very good every step of the way.

Crescendo Senior Living of Placentia is quite nice. They bring the memory care patients to assisted living to get them involved. It was very beautiful, everyone was friendly, and they had a lot of different rooms for different purposes. They had a room where they were getting ready to listen to somebody play music. They also have a breakfast or eating area, and also a patio. They showed me their activity calendar, which included painting, music, and things like that.
