I did a tour of The Point at Rockridge. For us personally, it's in a convenient location so that all of her family can come visit because it's centrally located. No one has to travel far because it's not an inconvenience. They can just go and see her. We really like the way that the place looked. The staff seemed very nice, energetic, and not tired of their job, which I know can be very tiresome. They all were in like great spirits like this is what they chose to do, and they love what they do. It really shows.
I didn't get a chance to taste any of the food because of COVID. They only give it to just the seniors right now. It did look appetizing. I did come during lunchtime.
They have senior living, which is separate from the memory care. She'll mainly be in the memory care, so that is what I focused on. It's a different floor and a whole different staff; everything's different from the senior facility.

The Point at Rockridge is where we are focused right now because they have open rooms. The rooms are nice and 360 square feet. We are trying to move forward with that. Overall, the community was good, but there was a miscommunication with the sales department that we had to work through. The amenities are standard. They have a hair salon, and they have a van that takes the people out. It is a very nice place.
