My mother was in independent and memory care as her care needs increased. As her needs increased, the quality of care from PL staff decreased. She was not fed or bathed, nor was she medicated correctly (according to her doctors order. ). After multiple hospitalizations we moved her to a residential care home where she thrived till her passing. I will never recommend PL to anyone looking for senior care.

The memory care unit is wonderful. Staff is helpful and very friendly. It seems they come to help when pages in a timely manner. They treat visitors and residents with courtesy and respect . Rooms are clean. Could be stiffened more often but otherwise very clean . Laundry is done regularly and folded very nicely. Music is very much appreciated

I visited The Park Lane with my mother for my grandmother. We toured memory care as she has Alzheimer’s. We were pleased to see table cloths and cloth napkins in the dining room. There are large windows around the entire area with beautiful views of trees, flowers and gardens. There is a wrap around, plexi glass enclosed balcony where the residents can walk and get fresh air and exercise. Some of the residents were on their way out to go on a scenic drive along the ocean. Others were sitting in the living room with staff working on a craft making Halloween pumpkins. It was very festive. We will be moving my grandmother in by the end of the month. Cynthia was very helpful!
