I went to Sunrise of Claremont and visited the memory care, and I didn't care for it at all. I felt it was old and dark. There wasn't any warmth there. The rooms were really small too and they were all shared rooms. It was kind of depressing to me because I like a lot of light and my husband does as well. I left there thinking that there is no way I would put him in there. The person that took me around did a very fine job though, and I had no complaint about that. I also met a few of the other employees, from the housekeeping to their food services, and they were very warm and friendly. I was told that they were doing some refurbishing. You could tell some construction and things was going on, but I didn't see a finished product.
