I went to look at Linda Valley Assisted Living and Memory Care. I like that they have 24-hour care and everything that my mom needs. There was really nothing that I didn't like. The atmosphere is really good. The staff is friendly. The facility is clean. It was a decent area. The rooms were nice, and I liked them. They have restrooms, an area where you sit down, and a dining area. They play games.

My father is in Linda Valley Assisted Living and Memory Care. The staff is great. It's very clean. They show a lot of care for the patients. The rooms are very well kept. The dining area is good. They have a TV room for them. They're in a secured area of the facility and that gives me peace of mind. He goes into a room and watches football with other gentlemen that are in there. I'm comfortable knowing that he's there. It's excellent care and an excellent facility. My ratings for them are very high.

I toured Linda Valley Assisted Living and Memory Care. It was very clean and organized. The gentleman that took me on the tour, Logan, was extremely knowledgeable about the community. They had good safety processes in place for COVID prevention. It was well-maintained, and the residents appeared to be happy. We focused primarily on memory care. A lot of things are limited now because of the pandemic, but one of the things I really appreciated about the memory care facility was the shadow boxes that they have outside of each of the rooms. There is a place where you can really describe your loved one's life in pictures or objects, and they're outside of each of the rooms. I really thought that was lovely.They have a lot of outdoor space for the memory care patients to go where it's enclosed. They can be in the outdoors, and that was very nice. It was in pristine condition.

My visit at Linda Valley Assisted Living and Memory Care was very nice and the staff was very laid back. They were having a birthday party that day so it was nice. They had lots of amenities that are the same with assisted living places. They also have pharmacy service so you don't have to worry about that anymore. The only thing was that our appointment were at 1:00 or 1:30 but the tables in the dining area weren't cleaned off yet. Another thing was that it was too far for us to drive and there's no place to park. So if you will go to visit them, you will have to park down the street and walk to the community. And even on the street it's crowded, because the neighborhood has many apartments and houses, and other businesses too who needs parking. Their rooms were nice, I saw studios at the memory care level. The staff knew and stopped to talk to the residents, they also ask if anyone needed anything.
