We went to Atria Grass Valley. They are an 11 out of ten, very clean, the atmosphere, their residents, their rooms were beautiful, they showed me through the whole facility, and just the people that worked there. I got to talk to the person in charge of the memory care, her assistant, and the activities director. They hit it all at the right time, and they were very professional. The two nurses came here to our home to do an evaluation, and they were very professional, courteous, and patient with my father. The room was very clean, bright, modern, very well kept, and the bathroom was very large with access for wheelchairs. I saw the dining room, but was unable to try any of the food because of COVID. It was like a hotel dining room, and it was very open and nice with tablecloths.
