MorningStar of Pasadena is beautiful. Their price point is good compared to everyone else. Now that my husband is there in the memory care, he is getting wonderful care. The place is really lovely. We could tell people were engaged in activities and everything.
They sent a picture of him where they had him with colored pencils (he hasn't done anything like that in forever). They also have movies and little crafts where they plant succulents in pots. They have games available, puzzles, and they took him on a little excursion with their little bus. People guide him to actually do the activities, so it really is quite nice. The staff is very concerned and very kind. They communicate with me and they are very aware of what's happening. They are very gentle with the memory care people.
