About This Community
BeeHive Homes of Arrowhead in Glendale Arizona, is a senior living home in a residential setting. Uniquely designed, our senior living services offer residents more access to personal care. By keeping our homes smaller with professional, skilled caregivers, our residents can have their needs addressed personally.

Suite rooms – Residents have a private room complete with their very own fully accessible bathroom. We have beautifully furnished rooms, or residents may wish to decorate the room according to their own personal tastes. We can even accommodate couples if desired!

24-hour staffing – All employees of BeeHive must agree to our standards of excellence. Only the most kind-hearted, compassionate, fun, friendly staff can work with our BeeHive family members. The nurse call system, online technology, and fully secured building eliminate stress and worry from the minds of residents and their loved ones.

Delicious meals – We recognize the importance of good food! Be assured, our on-site Chef makes an event out of each meal created in our gourmet kitchen. It should be noted that all meals are dietitian approved so they are delicious and healthy. Like everything else in a BeeHive Home, our plates are also served with care and quality.

Group association – We truly are a family here and we all (staff and residents) cultivate close relationships. As the saying goes “The bee is more honored than other animals, not because she labors, but because she labors for others.” There is nothing like the wonderful feeling of being surrounded by those that care.

Daily housekeeping services and laundry – All of the housekeeping services are provided for our residents on a daily basis. Fresh, clean living is essential to our home-like setting and is maintained around the clock, so you don’t have to.

Activities – Two and one-half decades of experience at BeeHive Homes has shown that residents are more satisfied with life in a home that allows them to expand upon their hobbies, maintain their connections with friends and family, exercise, and relax. That is exactly what we do here, and bingo and bunko are just the beginning.

My husband is currently at BeeHive Homes of Arrowhead, and so far, it is really good. It's a new place, only two years old. It's very clean and very pleasant to go into. Hopefully, I've chosen the right place. The owner, whose name is Troy, was very, very thorough about showing me the place and explaining this and that. He only lives about a mile away from the place. If there's anything outstanding, he's there right away to take care of the problem. I'm very, very impressed with him. He seems like he really cares a lot, and he's got a really good rapport with the residents, too. I think the room is great. The shower has a built-in chair with lots of bars. My husband has his recliner dresser, little refrigerator, and a nightstand; I had it delivered there. It feels more like home. I'm trying to make it feel a little bit more friendly. He's got two windows and then the door of his room goes out into this really nice, covered patio area, where he can go out there any time he wants and just enjoy the weather, and the scenery, and all this. They have a lot of entertainment on one of the outside patios. They take them to different places if the people want to go. I don't know what places. They do their laundry and help them with their showers. There's physical therapy, and the one girl who kind of works with the people when they're in a group. It was really cute. She was right there dancing to some music and the residents were waving their hands and their legs and stuff, kind of calisthenics in a way, but they were in their chairs. And then when I first went in the common area, one was knitting, one was coloring, and one was reading; just whatever they wanted to do. They have an arts and crafts area, too. It's pretty and very positive. I think the food is good. My husband is very picky about what he wants to eat. They ask what your favorite food is, and what don't you like, and they try to cater to that, too.
