My mother moved into Joshua Springs Senior Living a little over two weeks ago. They highly recommended that we don’t visit her in two weeks, so we will see her this weekend. She seems to be doing OK and getting adjusted. Everybody has been absolutely great. It’s so clean, so nice, and the memory care unit has access to the outside so that is still safe. They have lots of activities and their own furniture, so that makes it very homey. The memory care has a separate dining area. It’s not really fancy, but they’re all together, and they have access to the kitchen area. They take them out on adventures, like a picnic, so they can get out. They administer drugs that the patient is taking, and there’s a doctor available that comes in once a week. I’m very pleased with everybody I talked to. I’ve seen them playing bingo and exercising. I think we’re getting our money’s worth.
