The staff is professional and caring, always making sure to respect the independence of each resident. The restaurant-style dining experience, activities and beautiful setting all combine to create a wonderful living environment every day. There are opportunities for residents to get to know each other through special events and activities such as cultural enrichment programs. There is also daily assistance with bathing and dressing, medication management, dining assistance and special diets, an emergency response call system, housekeeping services and laundry services available.

My husband has moved into Brookdale Chenal Heights. They have become like family. They treat my husband as if he were one of their relatives. The food is good. The service is wonderful, and we have been very happy there. We chose it because it met our needs. We just felt like this would be a good place. He is in memory care.

I toured Brookdale Chenal Heights. I liked the staff there. I liked the number of staff they had on hand in their memory unit. Everybody was friendly. The staff who assisted me with the tour was friendly and knowledgeable. The place was clean, spacious, and well laid out, and it looked like it was well-kept. The rooms were nice. They were fully furnished and I liked the layout. They had a small outdoor courtyard in the memory care unit.

The food service is generic at best. Special needs are not easily accommodated ( my loved one has no teeth and is frequently served over cooked meat which cannot be chewed)
laundry service is not careful to return individual’s goods to the right client.
Scare staff has consistently been caring and considerate.
