Rosewood Manor was homey, comfortable, and very clean. They've got very friendly staff. The rooms were nice and comfortable. There's a very large bathroom with a full bath in each room with wheelchair access, good storage, closets, and windows in most rooms. They were in the middle of painting and refurbishing everything cosmetically. All the pictures were not up and plants were not out. It was kind of bare bones, but there's a nice and very large community room where meals are served, and for social gatherings. There is a good sized crafting room where they have classes, and there's a lot of sunlight.

I visited Rose Wood Manor. It was clean, well-staffed, and they were knowledgeable. It appeared to be a suitable home residence for people that needed attention. Overall, it seemed to be economically a good price. It was a good visit. The layout seemed suitable. There wasn't really anything that just struck me as being like this or like that. It seemed like a decent place and decent staff. I don't know any residents there, so I don't know if they were happy or not.

We visited Rose Wood Manor, and I was greatly disappointed in it. The online presence looked like it was going to be really nice, but when we got there, it seems the person who gave us the tour did not even knew we were coming. They never introduced themselves to us. She showed us around, but you just kind of got the feeling like she was tired and not interested in what the people were doing. The place was kind of run down; it was not really bad, but in the area between the two places, the grass was not cut. There was only one chair out there for people to sit in, and that was all there was for the people who lived there who had to go outside. They just had that area in the back; in the side area, which was fenced in, the grass was overgrown. When I asked for the price, she took a sticky note and wrote it on there. There was no paperwork to give me. They had this one building, and it had sixteen private rooms around it. The rooms seemed about normal from what I've seen, and they are small little rooms with just a bed, enough room for a table, a chair, and a normal bathroom. They had a library area where they could sit and visit with each other. There was a game room in the back, but it looked like it was extremely run down. It's not terrible, but for what you would be paying to put a person in there, it seemed like it was run down. The staff said they had some activities directors who come by and do this and that, but they didn't give me any activity schedule, and she didn't tell me anything about it. Like I said, we were extremely disappointed.

Very clean! Dietary department is great! Nursing staff is always available and friendly! Activity Program is unique and individualized! Resident Assistants are friendly and helpful! Director is always available and goes above & beyond to assist with residents, families, and staff. Nurses and Director have gone to facility in the middle of the night to check on my daddy just to ease my mind. They are excellent at what they do!
