My brother is at Serenity Place. It's nice. We like it. The staff members are all very friendly and helpful. We've only been allowed to visit on the porch with masks. I haven't been inside except to move his furniture in. His room is nice and has lots of space, closet space, and shelf space. He says the food is good. Everything seemed clean to me. I've looked through the window, and I think the layout looked good, too.

My dad moved into Serenity Place. It's a nice-looking facility and surrounded by the woods. They have deer that walk up around the building at times, and it's nice and peaceful. They do well for what they have. The staff is good and nice, but they're just kind of short-staffed. They seem to have decent food, but since they only have one person who does the cooking, everybody ends up eating the same meal even when people have special diets. They have the residents play games, especially ones that use the memory. They have movie nights and people coming in to play music.
