My Mother was a resident in the memory care unit for almost a year. The day I visited with Sheila and Vicki and they explained everything about the facility and we toured I knew this was the place my Mother needed to be.
Vicki answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. The facility and grounds were clean and beautiful.
From the very first day of moving my Mother in to her nice room everybody from the front desk to inside the memory unit was wonderful to her.
Gerri, nursing director, and Summer, nursing supervisor, always made sure Mother was well taken care of. Mother has dementia so she wasn’t always easy to deal with but everybody on every shift was very attentive to her needs. We feel blessed for her stay at The Terrance at Grove Park.
