The community offers 115 well appointed apartments, studio, one and two bedroom, a fitness center, movie theater and wine bar & bistro to name a few of our outstanding features. We are walking distance to shopping, local restaurants, parks, swimming pool and banking all with in a small town feel.
Living at Merrill Gardens at Kirkland gives you the freedom to be yourself and then some! Our communities are a month to month rental, no buy in required. We include all utilities except for your telephone, cable television,once per week housekeeping and linen service, comfortable living areas and social meeting areas, one meal per day from our anytime dining served restaurant style along with a full kitchen or kitchenette in your apartment, 24 hour staff,available assisted living services, full activity program, resident call system in your apartments if needed and on site maintenance. Small pets are welcome!
Our location is close to Evergreen and Overlake medical centers for any of your health care needs and we provide scheduled transportation to and from your appointments. We also offer Concierge services and a beauty salon and barber shop to fit your busy lifestyle.

I visited Merrill Gardens at Kirkland, and it was wonderful. They are very kind people. People there seemed very happy and very caring. It was just that the cost per month is too high, and I'm still very independent. But the place is beautiful; it's very nice. It's a block away from Lake Washington. Kirkland is a beautiful, small area, and people like to walk down to the beach. They had a very nice place for meals while someone plays the piano.
Also, the lady who showed us around was very, very nice.

My friend moved into Merrill Gardens at Kirkland. Its very nice, and in a great location. They liked the food, and they were very pleased with the activities. Shes gone to the farmers market, the stores, and movies. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.

The director gave us a very nice tour and answered all my questions. My daughter was with me, they served us lunch, and it was very nice. They had a very nice facility, and the food was very adequate. The apartments were very nice. I especially liked the fact that they had full kitchens. The staff were all friendly, and we were introduced around. If my husband and I were living independently, Merrill Gardens would be a very nice place to live, but not if he needed nursing care because they didn't offer that.
