I visited and I liked it very much. I also stayed there for three days a couple of years back. It has full, 2-bedroom apartments with full kitchens. The staff was very nice, they have good exercise facilities, and some games.
Searching for oasis

The location is excellent for older people who want access to culture. Seattle Center is nearby, as are multiple coffee shops, groceries, and playhouses. Lower Queen Anne is in a fairly low crime area. One drawback is that the facility is on a slope, so more active adults may need assistance walking in the nearby area. The building is spacious, with good visibility to the outside for those unicorn-like sunny Seattle days. The socialization areas and outdoor gardens are well kept. The dining room is open to walk-in parties until 7 p.m. so adults are not forced into a regimented schedule. My only negative comment is that my dad is a walker, so the steep sidewalks, combined with Seattle rain, make for a fairly dangerous combination. The location is very close to a cultural hub, but the terrain can be treacherous. Parking is not easily available as many local residents appear to park on the sidewalks.
