The best place I have visited is Evergreen. My mom is on the wait list there. It is wonderful. It is clean, well run, and very nice. There are no strange odors. The carpet and windows are clean. They have a kitchen downstairs but there's also a kitchen area in the apartments. The apartments are updated; I couldn't see any evidence of wear and tear. It was just very nice. The staff member that I met was very friendly and relaxed. I didn't see anyone that looked uptight or upset.
