The tour I had of The Delaney at Parkway Lakes was nice. I had lunch there, and the food was very good. All the staff was very friendly and very nice. The apartments were nice, but they didn't have the amenities I was looking for. They did not have a swimming pool, and they didn't have a lot of outdoor spaces. They said they were going to put up a little dog park.

The Delaney at Parkway Lakes was lovely. It was just not quite as nice as the other facility we went to. There was no real campus area and there was no pool, but the people were very nice. They were very helpful and offered me some information that the others didn't have. There was even a garden where the residents work. The apartments were very clean, too.

I looked at The Delaney at Parkway Lake, and so far, that's the one I liked a little bit better. It's not as big as the other place I toured and doesn't have quite all the extra amenities, but it may fit our purpose. Everybody that I talked to was fine, especially the young lady that was our point of contact. The rooms were fine, we were looking at their 2-bedroom 2-bath. The one we looked at was somewhere at 1100 or 1200 square feet, and it seemed to be above what we need for this stage of life. They have a small little gym there that we can do stuff in, which was fine. They've got a pool there, and they have all the kinds of activities that we'd like including a bridge club. The food was not like what my wife makes, but it's okay.

I visited The Delaney at Parkway Lakes. The rooms were very nice, they had full kitchens and has everything that someone would need. They had amenities and outside areas, game rooms, and a swimming pool, and all the amenities were very nice. We didn't try the food but we looked at the menus and they're very good. They do arts and crafts, and bingo, they bring in outside activities, and recently they brought in vendors for inside shopping. They have religious services and a well-rounded activity list.

I toured the facility looking for a place for my mom. They offered lunch while I was there so I decided to stay and try the food. The presentation was nice and the food was delicious. I had a turkey reuben sandwich. It was so good I took some home for dinner. We are looking at a few other facilities, but this one is in first place right now.

My grandmother wanted to move closer to my house and we found The Delaney. It reminded her of the high-rise residential life of NYC that she grew up watching from her borough (Queens) in NYC. We're foodies in my family and my grandmother and I love everything in the dining area. My grandmother is also really enjoys the outings that they take, she told me she went and saw a movie with some of the other residents yesterday. I am so glad that we chose The Delaney as her home because I love having my grandmother so close but I also love that she is creating her own independent life there - she's having the time of her life.

I went to the Delaney Parkway Lakes. I liked it, but it's just not where my father needs to be right now. It's new, very clean, somewhat modern, and very nice. Everything was set up, organized, they called me back and confirmed, and made sure that I knew the appointment was in.

We have moved into The Delaney at Parkway Lakes. We chose it because it is pretty and we were treated nicely when we stopped by to look around. Everybody was nice. It is fairly priced. It is not a bargain, but it is not as expensive as the other places. The food is a five, but the service is a three. It takes a long time to get your food, but the people are very nice. It is a nice place. They have a lot of activities.

My sisters and i visited this facility and were quite impressed by the staff, food options and cleanliness of this beautiful facility. Their pricing is very competitive - especially with what they have to offer. Spacious units with all bills included and several meal options including free room service! This is exactly the kind of place we want for our aging parents and look forward to moving them in when they are ready. Every staff member from upper management to cooks, nurses, aides and housekeeping was friendly and attentive. 5 Stars for the Delaney!

My ex-spouse is a resident of the independent living of The Delaney at Parkway Lakes. The community is wonderful, I've actually given a referral to a friend who just moved her mom in there. I like this place so much. We have reviewed four communities and out of the four, this one was really the best. The staff was wonderful in accommodating his needs and keeping an open line of communication between them. I will specially give accolades to Dakota Lake, who was wonderful. Some of the activities he does there are backgammon, dominoes, concerts that they bring in, and a media room with a big-screen TV. They also have groups come in to do magic shows, and he does all of those activities. My daughter went there to take him out on Father's Day, but he didn't want to go out and wanted her to eat there with him because the food there is great. They have a menu and white table cloths, so it's not just eating a meal, it's dining. He loves the food there so much. It's a brand-new community at about a year and a half or two years old, so it's nice. I would rate the value for the money a 5 because what they give him and what he's utilizing is superior. He's taking advantage of a lot of things that's available to him while other residents don't do that.
