We found Regal Estates for Mom, and she moved recently. It's a very busy place, which is nice. There are a lot of people moving around, talking, and this is what my mother liked best. The staff is friendly, they have a very nice courtyard, and she participates in games and outings. The food is good, and they offer three meals a day plus snacks. The location is nice, it's middle class, and it's convenient for me because I live nearby.

Moved our Loved one here in February 2016. The staff made an otherwise painful move a breeze! Our loved one is adjusting so well. The apartment size is generous. The family can relax knowing she is safe, being looked after, enjoying great meals with fresh veggies and salads, being stimulated with great activities and connecting with people on a daily basis. She is not home alone, day and night after day and night. She is thriving here thanks to the Fantastic Staff and Mgmt. Thank you to the Entire Regal Team!

It took a long time to get an opening at Regal Estates of League City. It’s just my 89-year-old mother, and she’s adjusting. We moved her out of a very nice senior living in California. This facility is a little less than what she’s used to, but she’s making the adjustment. Its Texas Quality rating was an A+ for five years, and it's 25 miles from my place and maybe 50 from my brother, so we're concerned with quality first. Both the residents and staff seem very happy and positive.

It was very clean, beautiful, well maintained, and more independent living. They had nice apartments for seniors. They're all ambulatory, and there were senior people that were very active. As a senior needing such a place, I would be very willing to live in there. I would recommend Regal Estates of League City.

Regal Estates was closer to my house, but it felt more like a hospital to mom. It was just a different environment; it wasn't as open, and the meals were served at particular times. They did accept mom's dog, but the dog setup is just a bit better over at where she is right now. The staff members were very nice and very positive, and they really do a lot. I had pre-screening in both places before I introduced mom to either one, and it just so happened that the other place had an apartment on the first floor that had a door that leads right outside where there is a little grass for my mom's dog, whereas in Regal Estates, she didn't have a door from her apartment to the outside. I know that they provide transportation, and they have a lot of community affairs. Like on the day that we were there, the Girl Scouts were coming over for a choir presentation or something like that. The dining room was lovely, and the food was excellent.
