We will be moving into Lindbergh Parc Senior Apartments. It was a very nice and clean place. The staff was very nice, and helpful. We liked it. They didn't have a dining area where you can go and get your meals and stuff. They have certain amenities, a few amenities, but they don't have that. That was the one thing, but that's all right. I don't think a lot of independent places do.
They have a fitness room, a pool, theater, library with computer room. They do have a little cafe thing, but it's not like a dining service where you come and get your meals and stuff. They have a little small barber, beauty shop area.
The staff was very nice, and courteous; she was a sweetie and was very helpful. I think they do little things on Fridays, and for special events, stuff like that. They have like a little game room too; they call it a country store type deal.
They also have a service where they have transportation when you have to go out for certain things; they have at certain times of the month, or days, different things like that. Everything was good.

I like my apartment at Lindbergh Parc Senior Apartments, but I can't stand the management. They have a room with vending machines and puzzles. They have a kitchen and a dining area where they could have a community breakfast. The management here is not friendly; they do not cooperate, and we have a hard time getting repairs done. They don't provide the food here, and we clean and maintain our own apartment. I like the size of my apartment. It's quite large and has a large pantry that's good for storage. It has an excellent master room with a nice closet and a nice bathroom.

Lindbergh Parc has nice, big, and pleasant rooms. Their price was good too. I thought it was great. The only thing I was really unhappy with is that they limit you to getting cable TV from this one company that is absolutely horrendous. If she would have been on the other side of the building, she could have gotten a satellite up on her patio, but she was on the wrong side of the building. The apartment is very well built. She was actually on the third floor, and they have an elevator. The reason why she went down is her eyesight went downhill quite a bit, so she can't live on her own. It was fine, and everything was enclosed. It was fine for somebody who can get around. I thought all of their facilities were very well kept up and functional for the elderly people. They basically have a few people in the office that handles the day to day things. They have a maintenance person, and they respond well if you call them. I don't think she had any problems with that while she was there. They do have activities, and I encourage her to get involve with it, but she just never would. I think it is just her personality of being shy.

I visited Lindberg Parc, and the staff seemed friendly but the care of the building is horrible, and there were bugs when you stepped on the carpet.
They have a bus that takes the residents places and bingo, and the residents are very friendly.
