We moved into Kingsland Park last April. It is very quiet, very well run and very energy efficient. We're only about a third full, so we still have room for more people. It's four stories built in a square, with a courtyard in the middle where the pool and the outdoor picnic area are. The staff is very friendly, very helpful. Getting into senior living is not an easy task, and there are so many things you have to turn in for government approval, but they are more than happy to walk you through the process. The location is perfect. It's quiet, and once inside, you don't even hear any traffic, or any of the neighbors, or anything. It's not completely staffed out yet.
