The apartments are nice and up to date. I was excited to get my parents in. At first everything was good. The residents are super nice. But then the negative surfaced. The one problem is the main manager is a jerk. He is very rude and impatient with all of the residents. If you call and ask for any maintenance services, he seems upset. Then the maintenance man comes and talks to my parents like they know nothing.

The Orchard at Garden Oaks was a pretty nice facility. It was in a good location. They had a refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer, microwave, and garbage disposal. They had all those things that you do not often find in other types of places. It also had a swimming pool and an exercise room. I was overall very impressed. They had a shuttle, and they only take residents to the grocery store on Fridays. One thing they need to improve on is transportation.
