Looks nice, well kept, but very noisy. The a.c. air intakes are not
independent for each apartment. Several times a week I open the windows for over an hour, with fans on, to vent the stink of someone else's cooking coming through the a.c. Onion Alfredo stinker casserole 4-5 times a week, and it stinks like greasy garbage. Already looking for my next apartment. Won't be Camden.

Camden was very nice, and I was very impressed with it. They had activities for residents to do, the staff was good, and the rooms were clean and spacious.

I am a home healthcare provider for one of the residents. In my many years of experience going to different clients' facilities or residences whether it be a gated posh residential country club, retirement community, gated apartments/ town homes, residential subdivisions, etc. this is the only place where if you are not a resident and you are just visiting, this place is Not visitor friendly. They will tow your vehicle in less than an hour and you don't even know what hits you and they won't even give you any warnings that you are on a towing zone area. They do not have all the towing signs displayed on a towing zone area where non-residents who are just visiting would at least be warned. They have all these numerous parking spaces that have no towing signs and they assume that the visitor/s would know the rules given to their residents that the residents should be the one to inform their visitors, caregivers, housekeepers, relatives, friends, etc. where they can park. You would think an apartment like this could afford to put signs in their towing zone areas to warn non residents who are just visiting, I am guessing that to visit someone in their complex, they expect you to guess where to park first and once you reach the person you are visiting that person tells you then where you can park and then you have to go back to the parking lot and move your car so it will not be towed (if they haven't called someone to tow your vehicle yet) since there were no towing signs in a lot of their parking areas where guests couldn't park. I wonder why they can't just provide their residents designated parking spots per residents like what most apartments, condos, townhouses do. For a person just trying to make a living, trying to take care of someone, being towed without warning is like getting robbed especially when you were gone only for 50 minutes.

Camden is first class and it is very nice. The lady helping me was very nice, helpful, kind and patient. She took the time to let us look the place over, and it was a little bit of an effort for her, but she followed through and she was highly professional. All around, it was a really good deal.

We're in the process of moving in to Camden Royal Oaks. It is a very nice over-55 community. They have activities that residents can participate in and a shuttle service that picks you up and brings you to the stores or to your doctor's appointments. For an extra charge, you can also have housekeeping services.

My dad picked Camden Royal Oaks because he likes the community and he is staying there now. His apartment is spacious. Everything is clean and the people are nice. He seems happy there.
