Kathy
We toured StoneCreek North Richland Hills and they looked very nice. Inside it was nice looking, too. I was just disappointed with the size of the rooms, and the dining area was nothing compared to where I am staying now. I can't comment on the food because we didn't get to eat any food, I guess because of COVID. For five or six thousand dollars, I was expecting extreme luxury.
I was disappointed that for $6,000 the rooms look like hospital rooms. The dining room wasn't that fancy, and it wasn't very big. It didn't seem like it was accommodating very much to meet people, but that was the COVID situation. I can't judge completely. All I can say is that it's a high price for the accommodation.
They didn't go in and show the amenities to us. In fact, when they found out that we couldn't afford that, we were rushed out the door more or less. We really didn't get that much of a tour or information.
The manager, more or less, was going over pricing, and like I said, when she found out we couldn't afford her place, it was like, "See you later," type of situation.
