My father has moved to Overture Flower Mound 55+ Apartment Homes. It's a great community. I was really, really impressed with the quality of the facilities, the spacing in the apartment, and the amenities that they have at the facility itself. They have a lot of great activities every day, so my dad can be as active as he wants or not. In talking to the other residents here, they all said that they're just like family there, so it really gives that family feeling. It's right by the lake, so it's perfect for dad to go do some outdoorsy stuff or get involved and make friends. It's located right around the corner from restaurants so it's really a great place for us to get active as a family, and for him to get active as he is entering the next chapter of its life.
The facilities are just beautiful. We're really impressed with it. They have a happy hour every week, and the guys get together and have coffee in the morning (which is not a planned activity). They have a movie night that he was able to take his granddaughter to. They have just some kind of something every day going on like dominoes or mahjong. They have the largest exercise room and yoga room of any of the places that we toured. They have a game room which is really cool, with a lot of cool games like oversized Connect 4, Scrabble, and a lot of other games. There's something for everybody. They really have a lot of stuff to do, and I was really impressed with that.

Overture Flower Mound was an excellent property. It was a beautiful and well-maintained property. The staff was lovely. They followed up. We actually went for a second tour there. It was so nice. They have amenities, a pool, a walking trail, community areas, and community activities. It was a new property, it was very, very nice. The units were very nice, they were spacious, and they were all modern. The upkeep and maintenance were excellent.

Excellent location. Fun surroundings and close to Grapevine Lake and shopping. Everything you could want is at Overture.
Very attractive, clean, great amenities and a fun place to call home.
All residents care about where they live. Exceptional large bedrooms, great kitchen, large laundry room in most apartments.
Staff is always available and eager to help in any way.
Swimming, kayaking, card games, a great time at Bingo! That’s right, Bingo. So much fun! A happy place.

We toured Overture Flower Mound 55+ Apartment Homes. We liked it very much. We liked the size of the apartment, the cooperation of the people who were in charge of it, and just everything. We only looked at that one particular place and we liked it immediately. And there was no point in looking any further because anything else just wouldn't have been adequate.
We were impressed from the onset by the layout and the amount of storage space that we have. They have games, entertainment, a fitness center, and a lot of social venues. There are no meals provided but they do have services that will deliver to your apartment. They also have a little breakfast bar every morning. There is a dining room per se.

All the people at Overture Flower Mound were extremely nice. They had a large closet, which is one thing I asked for. They have a lot of activities for the seniors, too. The apartments are fairly new. You can get your cable there, they have seven-days-a-week trash pickup right at your door, and they include pest control, too. They have everything. Your cable and trash are included for an additional $127 a month -- they would send you a bill for that.

This place is amazing! Wonderful people (staff and residents), super amenities, classes and friends. I highly recommend that you check out Overture if your looking for an easy to navigate living experience in Flower Mound.
Fun Get-Togethers, Classes and visiting. Entertainments is great and fun for all (couples and singles).
Apartments are beautiful with wonderful finish out and views.

THIS IS A GREAT Community especially for VERY ACTIVE over 55 Adults.
NOT a “Senior Living” Community as there are Many activitities. Men (Single and Married) all enjoy this Community as Fishing, Bike trails, Walking, large dog Park AND Lake as well as BEAUTIFUL, reasonable Grapevive Golf Course (lighted at night) are ALL right here or 3-4 min away! Beautiful kitchen in Apt to cook our meals. Social, Active, Happy people live here! continental Breakfast (only) 6 Days a week, 2 times a week Happy Hour
