We have moved into Lewisville Estates. The people are very friendly, and the facilities are nice. The food is delicious, and we have transportation to all the places we need to go if they are far. They charge you $15 only, which is better than an Uber. We are happy here, and they provide all kinds of help for whatever thing you need.
We are in a studio. It's not small, even so, it's a single size, and it has a little kitchen. The only bad thing is that you can't cook here because there is no stove.
My husband is taking some therapy for his arms and the movement of his knee. For other activities, sometimes we have the happy hour. They promote some product, or they have an actor here to entertain the people, or somebody singing. The only thing I don't like is, due to the COVID-19, in other places, they take you in a bus in a group, for dinner, or for concerts. Here, they are not doing that; they say it's because of the COVID. Another thing I don't like is that they don't have a pool. We made the decision so fast, but anyway, we are happy here.
There's not much outside, just a parking lot. There's no garden, but it's too hot to go out. They have no facilities like gardens or somewhere to walk outside.
The staff is very nice; they are very kind. We made the decision just on the kindness of the people here. They are giving us a lot of facilities, because my husband is asking for the veterans help, and our budget is very limited. They are really giving us time so that the benefits will come, and they are giving us a very low price for entering here.
At this moment, we are not paying the full amount that is going to be charged. That's why we are in a studio. They will take us to one-bedrooms, but I am happy here with the studio. It is very expensive; these are extremely expensive for us, but considering that my husband is going to receive the money from veterans, it will be OK. Anyway, I consider it extremely expensive, but thats the case with the majority of these kinds of places.

I am a resident of Lewisville Estates. They have a serious problem with getting enough employed. They had a piano player come in one night; they have bingo games, exercise programs, and going out to dinner. Lots of different activities. The staff that is here are attentive and caring. I think food could be better; they need to improve the menu. The piano player was five stars, but I haven't participated in any of the other activities. It is probably too expensive for what I'm getting. I think the employees are great.

My parents found Lewisville Estates and they're moving in today. My tour with them went very well, and they have been very cooperative with getting us into an apartment. They have also made it very possible financially for us to do that, and that was one of the biggest reasons for us to go with them. It's a very nice facility, and although it's an older one, it's very well kept, and it's been renovated. We're happy with it. My parents are moving into independent living.

The only thing that I didn't like about Lewisville Estates was they did not have a kitchen. There are times when I get the urge to cook or bake or something like that, and they had a sink, counters, but they didn't have stoves and things like that. It's a nice place, but I didn't get the same warm feeling when I walked in there. They didn't have a pool on the property, so they would bus people to a community pool, and I wasn't too thrilled with that either. They do a lot of activities too.
The staff was very nice, very helpful, and they answered all my questions. They were great and they called me as a follow up afterwards. I walk with a walker, and this young man who took me around would have me to sit down and rest for a few minutes. He was very patient and waited for me to rest my legs a bit.
The public rooms were well furnished also. They had nice furniture and were well designed. The furniture looked almost brand new, and it was still a good experience.

We saw Lewisville Estates and toured independent living. I thought it was a convenient and quiet location. It's not on the main street, it's a little campus-like setting there. I thought the rooms were nice. It was very well-structured in terms of the layout of the building. In the center were the activity center and the dining room, so I thought it was pretty convenient.
The people there, or that we met, were very nice people. We did not eat there. I think that one would have been a great setting. I think my dad would have been quite happy there. We didn't really meet any residents, but we said hi and nodded to them. It just seemed like there were a lot of people that were active, and that he would have engaged with many people there because he's a bit of a talker.

We chose Lewisville Estates for its location and amenities. They also have a 24-hour concierge so someone is always there, even for independent living. Even though my parents are in independent living, my mom still walks with a walker so it's good that they still have eyes on them. The staff are very kind, they're very caring and compassionate. They like the food and I have tested it. I had a very nice meal, it's great. They have not participated in any activities but they get an activities calendar for the month. They have transportation that's available to them. They have a nice big theater if they want to watch movies and they have bingo too. The place is very bright, they have lots of windows, very clean. The lobby and the entryway are very pretty. We're getting what we paid for and it's well within my parent's budget.

Lewisville Estates is like apartment living, and it was just nice. We didn't have any concerns or issues with it. They have common areas. Then there are 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments, and there's also a theater room. It was clean and the maintenance looked great too. It's a 20-year-old building so it's a little bit dated. As far as the units are concerned, the appliances, the countertops, and other stuff were not the newer style. They still are nice.
Jordan, the staff who assisted me, was great. He's very knowledgeable, polite, and accommodating. We did not try the food, but we were offered that we could with some advance notice; we were welcome to do that. They also offered that we bring my mother-in-law over to have a meal and try it herself.

I came today for a tour and they had a drive thru event where I received lasagna, salad, bread stick and tiramisu. The tiramisu was amazing , like heaven, The Chef Monte did an amazing job. Jordan toured me and I loved the apartment he showed. It had lots of storage and great windows for my mom - she likes lots of light. I will bring my mother back asap to pick out her apartment before the holidays!

Lewisville Estates is great. They serve three well-balanced meals a day. They have all kinds of activities, they go on trips together, and they go out for lunch together. It's very clean and very well kept. I have a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette, a microwave, and a full refrigerator. There's no stove or an oven, but I have a George Foreman grill. The residents are all very friendly and concerned. If you have any issues about your apartment, they respond very quickly. They help you out with any problems you have. I'm totally pleased.

I was at Lewisville Estates for almost a year. The place was adequate to live in. They didn't have very many activities. The apartment was comparable, but it did not have a personal garage. They had an activity area, but it was modest by comparison to where I am now. The staff members were very pleasant. The place was OK. They only had a laundry facility, so that's not as convenient as having your own washer and dryer.

I liked Lewisville Estates before and that is why I am back again. I enjoy the employees, other residents, and the beauty salon. The activities are wonderful! We also have guest speakers that are very informative. There is also a podiatrist that visits, so I don't have to go out. The bus service is also great because they take me to the grocery store and to my doctor's appointments.

Lewisville Estates was very nice. If I were going to be moving to that type of facility, I would certainly consider that one. It was wonderful. The people I had contact with were wonderful. Everything about it was A+. They showed me the entire complex, and I had lunch with them. Their dining room was excellent, their chef was top notch, and the food was very good. The rooms were very nice and had kitchenettes with meals provided.

I am in the independent living of Lewisville Estates. I'd hate to leave because I really like it. They fix your meals, the doors are wide, and they have bars in the bathroom that you can grab onto. You can stay in independent living if you are in a wheelchair and can still dress yourself and your mind is OK. They have a lot of entertainment and good food. I love the staff. I have made a lot of friends here. The only reason I am going to try to leave is because the price has gotten a bit too high for me. It is beautiful, and I really wish I could stay.

Lewisville Estates was modern, clean, and smelled nice. The person who took me around knew what she was talking about. The rooms were very attractive.

Lewisville was the closest place that we liked. Everything was really very nice, very welcoming, and comparable in pricing. The food is pretty good, and Dad is content with it. They have an activities calendar with coffee chats, cards, outings, movies, and all sorts of activities.

I didn't like much about Lewisville Estates, unfortunately. For some people it's probably OK because it sure looks like a high-rise apartment, but I didn't like that. It didn't feel homey; it felt like I was putting my mom in an apartment, and I was worried about her getting from the car into the facility because there isn't any covered parking. Everything was kind of ala-carte. If you wanted a meal, that was an add-on charge, or if you wanted parking, that was an add-on charge. Actually, so many things had add-on charges. If they said, "This is your cost and it covers everything," that's just so much easier for a family. For our loved one, we are already trying to figure out their taxes and car insurance and keep up with all those things, so I don't want to also have to keep up with things like ordering her meals or knowing how much her cleaning will be a month. I don't want to worry about all those add-on little things. I just want it to be an all-in-one packaged price. The facility was nice, and the people were nice.

We choose Lewisville Estates for my grandmother because it is the best location, and it a top facility. She is in the independent living. The amenities are new. The apartments are nice. I like the fact that it has an assisted living as part of it. I have not eaten there, but there are a variety of choices of food every day. They did have a nice exercise room, and they have lots of activities. I like the overall facility as well as the proximity and price.

I like the staff best at the Lewisville Estates. They were very nice. They were very good and very competent. They answered a lot of questions, and they offered a lot of information. They're very nice people. The facility was clean. It was more like a hotel to me, so the rooms were a little bit smaller, but I think the care was probably a little bit better. The facility was very clean and very nice, but overall, it was smaller.

The staff at Lewisville is wonderful. My brother is there, and they have accommodated him. They either take his meals to his room if he is not there, or they can pick him up. The food was very good too. They have homemade bread every day, and they offer three meals a day. He had some physical therapy, and everyone is great. It is a very clean facility as well. They have tons of activities everyday.

I went out to Lewisville Estates and ate lunch there. I really liked it, except for the fact that I need help. I have a brace that I wear on my legs, so I need help with that, and they didn't have any way to get that on me every day. So it was very independent living. Other than that, I really liked the place. The apartments were fantastic.
The meals were great, and the activities were great. They had a theater room with theater chairs, and you can watch football games in there as well as movies. I still work, and they had a business center there that I could have worked out of. The staff was really nice. They will bend over backwards. I've called them a lot of times, and they really want to work with me to get me in there. They have people who were more of my own age there, too.

I chose Lewisville Estate because it had the continuity of care that I need. I would be at their independent living facility, but if I need assisted living it would be just in the building. I only need to go to a different floor. They also have nursing care there. The good thing about this is that I would know the staff if I move around. They are also not as expensive as some of the others we've looked into. I will have two bedrooms, two bathroom apartment and I can stay there as long as I'm able to take care of myself. I have not eaten in their dining room, but everybody tells me that they have a varied menu. They have all kinds of activities. I think it would just be limited on what you want to get involved in. They have an exercise room and they have cards and they have a beauty salon. I only dealt with one staff member and she was very nice and she has followed up a couple of times with my daughter. From what I've seen it looks like a very nice facility and the residents seemed happy there.

Lewisville Estates looked clean and nice. It also looked fairly open. I visited this place for my parent. Food was good. The staff was very nice and pleasant.
