We saw Jubilee House on Warfield. The staff was very friendly. The salesperson that took us on the tour was very knowledgeable. She was from the area which made it even better. The apartments were extremely clean and well-kept, and most of them were brand new. They were very functional for people over a specific age. The dining facility had 3 square meals a day that was part of the program. We sampled the cookies, and they were good. They were homemade out of the kitchen.

Jubilee House on Warfield was beautiful, but the rooms were small, and the hallways were really long. It's brand new, so it's gorgeous, but it wouldn't work for us. The hallways were extremely long, from one end of the hallway to an elevator. If you had any disability at all, it would have been challenging. I didn't eat there. They showed us a lot. They had a salon for your hair and there was a gym. It seemed to have everything you could want. The staff seemed very nice. We only met the person that took us on the tour. We saw some people playing cards. I don't know if that was scheduled or it's just something the residents did. We really just kind of did a quick tour and left because we knew it wasn't going to work for us.
