If I had the money, Harmony at West Shore is where we'd go. There are other ones that we looked at, but this place just stood out to me. It's very nice. Their two-bedroom, two-bath apartments are wonderful, but a little too high for comfort. They have a refrigerator, a microwave, and a stove. One thing that impressed me the most was their kitchen. They have a washer and dryer, too. The staff who toured us around was very nice. She was relatively young, which is very nice. She calls every now and then.

My husband and I went to tour Harmony at West Shore. The facility was very well cared for. It was clean. They had all kinds of activities that you could participate in. As well as if you're interested in bus trips or going to the grocery stores, they had all that. I believe they were dinner only. I guess you're on your own for the rest of it, but they did have kitchens in their independent apartments.
The staff was very friendly, very knowledgeable, showed us everything that we needed to see. We're just not interested in the group meals that you have to be there at a certain time. We didn't try any meals, but the dining area was very lovely. It was very, very nice. They have a chef there who cooks all the meals, and you pick a menu for what you would like for the evening. They also have snacks, coffee, water, tea all day long. Whatever you need, they have available.

We did a tour of Harmony at West Shore Independent Living. They have a very high price, you could tell it. It's a high-rise type, I didn't think it was for us. The layout is very nice, and their people are very nice. I think it is much smaller. They had two-bedrooms, but they were all very small. The staff was very nice, very friendly. We didn't observe any activity, but they had a TV room, and a library.

I have a friend who lives in Harmony at West Shore. Actually, I have two friends out there, and before the pandemic set in I had tours of it by my friends. I'm aware of what they have to offer. I was very impressed with the overall facility. In fact, my friend had recommended it to me and I would recommend it also. We have lunch there periodically. My friend speaks well of the food. He took the dinner plan; it's very good. I like the choices and what-have-you. They do a very good job. They were very gracious and I was very impressed. Everybody was very friendly.

The Crossings at West Shore is very nice and open for about a year. The apartments are very large and very nice. We had a good lunch. I like the rooms. However, it is a little farther away from where I am now. The staff is very nice. I like the place very much.

My overall experience with The Crossings at West Shore was great. Their staff is nice, friendly, and interactive. They have excellent facilities, and the room I saw was very nice. We had lunch in their dining area and it was great, the food was very good, and they had a really nice and friendly chef. They have lots of activities and there was a very good interaction between everyone in the community. Its a good place; the best one weve looked at.

We visited The Crossings at West Shore and I thought it was beautiful. The staff was very informative, professional, and very nice. They're also very welcoming, so I was pleased. They said we could come back and bring the family. The facilities they have are all brand-new. The community is in a very beautiful location and very convenient, there's a hospital right there, and a diagnostics center all within that complex, and not far away there are grocery stores. Even though you're close to those things, there are still parts of the community that are being built up, and some that are very remote, so it's really nice.

The Crossings at West Shore was beautiful, but they were not completely online and ready, and there were places and things that needed to be fixed. I think it's going to be a great facility, but it's not there yet. The dining area looked nice.

This place is absolutely beautiful... The apartments are spacious, the kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and they even have a movie theater! The place seemed very warm and I was greeted with smiles. Good atmosphere.
