Southampton Estates is the one we visited and the one we like the most. I like the way the rooms were set up, I like the dining halls, and I like the swimming pool. I pretty much like the personnel there and how they handled things. They were good. Two people showed us around. There was one of the people that live there, and there were one or two girls that worked there, and they were very informative. They took us around and showed us everything. The tour was well, and so it was good. The resident there gave us a lot of insight on things. I would say their presentation was very good. I've tried the food there and the food was fine. The facility was excellent.

I toured Southampton Estates. I like it. It's on a lot of ground where you can take your animal out and take a walk or ride a bicycle. They're on a major road, but they're way back, so you get lots of room. To me, it was very good. The fitness center was there, and the pool was there. They have a whole connected system where you can go from one building to another without going outside. I saw a lot of good things there. The food was good, just that the name of them were fancy, but they were sandwiches. They gave me a snack and a drink. The food was very good. It was very nicely done. I was very pleased with a lot of things. I didn't see many things that were pulling me away from it except, of course, these things are expensive and the better they are, the more expensive they are, but that's OK, you're paying for that.
