DO NOT move anyone in your family to this place! DO NOT be fooled by any positive reviews or by anyone who says that Rydal Park is a nice place to live! It's fine if your 60 years old and in good health and in good shape. But, if you're not, forget about it-the staff IS HORRENDOUS! Most of them are rude, incompetent, and THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS! Please heed my warning-YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU MOVE A RELATIVE TO RYDAL PARK!

My good friend has lived at Rydal Park and could not be happier. The staff did a tremendous job during the start of the pandemic. They were cautious and so helpful to the residents who were missing their other family members. Rydal Park was very accommodating and use all safety precautions possible. They are friendly, personable, and always make us feel welcome. Greet job, Rydal Park!!

I visited Rydal Park. I was pleased with the apartments and the available amenities. The staff was friendly, courteous, very professional, and knowledgeable. They have a library, a movie theater-type room, and an exercise room. I just saw the property manager, and she was very friendly and outgoing. It's very attractive. I'm sure it would interest a lot of people. You can't live there as independent without buying into the healthcare piece. That's why it's not for me. Once you go through the application process, that's the next step. You talk about your financial obligations and the healthcare piece goes along with it. Even though I'm independent and I don't need those healthcare services, it's still a part of their requirements for living there.

I'm now living in Rydal Park. It's pretty good. I'm happy here. They have a lot of activities, but because of the COVID-19 dilemma, everything is shut down. I didn't expect much better food. There's an indoor track that I use regularly every day. The staff is very nice and very welcoming. They have a housekeeper who comes here once a week and cleans the apartment. They supply us with washing machines and dryers and dishwashers.

My experience at Rydal Park was very nice, but it's more expensive than what my parents could afford. The tour was very nice. They've got independent living and assisted living. It's a very upscale place and pretty formal. When you go for dinner, you have to get dressed up, and it tended to be pretty pricey. I have nothing bad to say about the place, but it didn't fit my parents' budget. The apartments were small, but it's on a high-end scale.

We visited Rydal Park and it was beautiful. We just can't afford to sell our house right now and make a profit so we're going to wait a couple of years.

First impressions are important, and I have to say I had a good one of this place. It has a very neat, clean, and comfortable appearance and feel. My family member who resides here has been in several different areas of the home, and no matter where he is, or what level of care he is under, I feel the same way. The staff here that we have come into contact with is also very kind and willing to help. We also appreciate the number of activities and the amenities that are available to him. In fact, there are times that I'd like to take part in the activities we see fliers for! Another perk is simply the location of this facility. It is easily accessible to people coming from many different directions, and is also located beside a small shopping center with a grocery store and a bank. So, in general, we have been very pleased with Rydal Park.
