We were in the independent living of Country Meadows of Forks. I was watching my wife, she was supposed to be in assisted living. We were in a small studio apartment that barely a twin bed could fit in the room. They had a ton of activities, but once COVID struck in March 2020 there was a lockdown, a shutdown, and meals were served in our room like we are all contagious. The staff was doing the best they could, but it wasn't really fun anymore. The food was just a bunch of garbage. However, it was very beautiful there.

I'm at Country Meadows of Forks, and I'm going on my second month. It's like going into a place that looks like Grand Hotel. It's very nice, the people are nice, and their staff is very, very attentive. I'm perfectly happy. I'm in a studio, but I'm about to move to an alcove. I'm moving because I want a larger bed and the studio only has a twin in it. I wanna go to at least a double. The staff is wonderful. There are activities all day long, seven days a week.
