The Watermark at Logan Square was very nice. I thought the apartments were really small. I didn't like the fact that they didn't have a pool and it was a lot extra per month to park in the garage, but they were all very friendly and nice. They gave me a box lunch to-go and it was alright.

My aunt and I went to The Watermark at Logan Square, she fell in love with it and didn't want to look at anything else. She'll be moving next month. They were very friendly, very quick to respond to our questions, and directed most of the information towards my aunt, which I appreciate because she was the one looking at the property and I was just along for support. The staff communicated well with the residents as they passed them and the residents were very happy to see them. They seemed very caring and they were talking about how the residents will lose the remote control and they'll call down and say, "Hey, can someone come to help me find it?" and one of the girls will run up and help them find it. They're always available to help with whatever is needed. It was bright, it being a high rise, it was open, very clean, and very pleasant looking. We viewed available rooms, the laundry room, their cafe, and we were given a complimentary meal to take home so we could taste the food and it was enjoyable. We also saw the library. On the fourth floor were all the areas where they would be doing their social activities. So, their dining room, their gym for working out, community rooms, and the library. Then there are several floors of independent living rooms, a floor for assisted living, and a floor for continuous care.
