My mother is at Bonaventure of Medford. They're giving her meds and such. It's a nice community. We've had some medication problems with her cat; they would forget medications. The staff is nice. My mom likes it there. It's beautiful inside. Her room is clean. There was a time when they weren't cleaning. I think when COVID started, they lost their cleaning person. My mom's room was pretty bad, but generally they're really good. She's got a nice room.

Bonaventure of Medford was very nice and the accommodations were very nice. I didn't care much for the carpeting, but the girl told me that they used that kind of carpeting because it's easier for wheelchairs to roll on. I had a very nice experience. I was very pleased with the staff. They're very nice, very accommodating, and very knowledgeable. It's a brand new building.
