I moved into Meadow Lark. It's close to home and I like it. It has all kinds of amenities and I have my own room and my own bathroom. The people are just super, super nice. You couldn't ask for a better staff. All in all, I just got a really good feeling about this place. We don't have a pool, but we have a big yard. We have an exercise room and a place where we get our haircuts or trimmed or colored, pedicures, and manicures. They've got these 1950s rooms set up like an old-time ice cream parlor.
The food is tasty. They have a really good chef. We have our meal times set and they give us menus and people wait on us. The food's good and I enjoyed it and there's a variety of different things.
I'm here because I fall. It's not like one of those senior homes you go to for dementia or Alzheimer's or mental health. I can't say enough good about this place. They're always cleaning. We have our own little courtyard with birds and flowers. It's just a nice little seating area that we can go out in if we want to. The activities vary and we have a lot to choose from. The price is a lot less than in other places.

I moved into Meadow Lark. I looked around, saw this place, and liked it the best. They have little houses that you can live in as long as you can live by yourself, and that's what I have, but they do feed me breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The experience is very, very good, I'm very satisfied, the food is delicious, and everything is just great so far. The staff is very helpful, and everything they can help you with they do. It's just a great place as far as I'm concerned. I love my room, it's clean, spacious, the carpets are clean and everything, the walls are clean. I like it here.

It was well appointed, very clean, and airy. The three different staff members that I did have contact with were all very nice. I like that they have options as far as the living quarters go. They did have a shuttle. The person who took me around was very nice and very knowledgeable. I certainly had no complaints. She has even followed up to see where we are in our process. Everything that I saw was really good.
