I am going to move to Grace Manor Senior Living's independent living. It's small but from what I can tell, it's a great community. I was there yesterday and met several residents, it's a very friendly place and the food is great. The meals, cable, internet, electricity, heat and air conditioner, they're all included. They have physical activities, they have movie and popcorn afternoons, and they have art activities, and I get to take classes on art. They're very big on community. They have music on Sunday afternoons, the director plays the piano for them. There are a lot of get-together meals. It's very clean and very nice, it only has about 60 units so it's small but inside it looks huge. The only thing I would add is it's small but they use every foot of that place to the maximum, and it's not crowded.

Choosing Grace Manor Senior Living, LLC for my friend was a cost factor. They are very reasonable, and their facilities are very good. He's in their independent living right now, but they also have assisted care that he can graduate into it when he needs it.
The staff are very caring people. Unfortunately, they went into a Covid situation, and it sort of upset the balance there. They didn't have the regular food service that they normally have.
There are a lot of veterans there, and people of my friend's interest are there too.
They have an exercise room, a gathering room, beautiful gardens, library, laundry service, and maid service.

We chose Grace Manor Senior Living for my dad because it had been referred by friends and another friend lived there. Our overall experience so far has been really good. His room is very nice and appears to be well-maintained and recently redecorated. He's in a studio apartment. All the staff that I've dealt with have been really good. The food is good and he says it's always well done. A lot of their activities as far as going out are now restricted because of COVID.

Grace Manor was definitely clean and well managed. Everybody seemed in good spirits, and they're happy about where they are. Their dining room and outside were excellent. My mom is happy about moving in. She wishes she could do it tomorrow. The staff was great and answered all of my questions. They had studios and one-bedrooms. There's only microwave and refrigerator in the rooms and there's a sink, a bathroom, and lots of closet space. They had lots of activities. They gave Mom a folder with everything they have going on. They're going to be expanding. It was great.

Grace Manor was a small and very old place, so it's a little dark. The rooms were small. The price was good. They seemed to have quite a few activities. The staff was very gracious, particularly considering I just dropped in.

Grace Manor was very nice, and I liked it the best. I liked the grounds and pictured myself living there while I was touring. They invited us for lunch, and I was pleased with the food.
