Very expensive for what you are offered. They say they are the best but they are not. The menu is the same every week and the costa have gone up over 13% over the past 2 years while food quality, activities have been almost non existent.

I have a cousin who lives at Touchmark at Mount Bachelor Village, and I've been there. It's absolutely beautiful. You would have no way of knowing that it's a care facility. I only interacted with the staff in the dining area, and they were all very lovely people. They were very concerned about providing great food and services to their guests. The facility itself was excellent, clean, and well-maintained. It looked brand new and very upscale. I have been there twice for brunch, and the food is like in a high-class restaurant brunch. It was very nice. I asked my cousin about the cost and she informed me that it's extremely expensive. It is for the wealthy and the very wealthy only.

We think this is an excellent facility and we would consider purchasing a Cottage in 2 years if it were in a better climate. We do not want to live in a winter climate.

We chose Touchmark at Mt. Bachelor Village because the place was clean and beautiful, like a resort. The staff are awesome. My mom loved the food. They had exercise, movies, and trips.

My wife's parent's are owner's in the river lodge, and are extremely happy and satisfied with touchmark. It's like living at a 5 star resort. Food at the restaurant is excellent, and all other facilities are like wise.

We visited Touchmark because we searched for a place for my parents-in-law. The grounds were immaculate and lovely, although on the expensive side. They had apartments and cottages, and buses that took the residents shopping. Someone came to the apartments to do the cleaning as well as maintenance. A central dining area was located in the middle where the residents were encouraged to eat their meals. There were also a lot of activities for the residents.
