At Regency Village at Bend, there's no separation between independent and assisted living. You just add on the care that you want. It's customized and it's done on a point system. The grounds were very pretty, and there were lots of common spaces. The residents were very open and friendly and appeared to be very glad to be there. Kari was very helpful and her follow-up was very good. She sent me an email and follow-up before the end of the day. We just walked through the dining room, and it was spacious and clean. We saw a lot of the activity spaces. We saw that there typically is a lot going on for the residents and even some of the residents teach each other. There is a resident there who teaches watercolor painting.
