My mom was at Cedar Sinai Park (Rose Schnitzer) for two weeks. Because it was a respite care and she has a dog, she was on the first floor. It was old and a little bit tattered as far as furniture and appearance, but it was comfortable. The people were nice. The food looked good. My mom was a little bored, but other than that, everything went well. She has a little bit of problem with memory, so they gave her medications. I was not too thrilled with the nursing staff. Some were up to it, and some were a little bit loopy. They took her to breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Somebody came and picked her up when entertainment was going on.

Cedar Sinai Park (Rose Schnitzer Manor) claimed to be very interested in meeting the residents' needs. It had resident councils that were very active. The larger rooms were very nice. They had a lot of cultural activities, limited physical exercise facilities, and a large library. The food was good. They seemed to have a lot of actively involved alert residents.
