The aesthetics of the facility were exceptional.
But even more important, the staff were phenomenal. First, let me start with Alicia, who provided consistent and accurate information in both a caring and professional manner throughout my stay! Second, the nursing staff, who are the best in the field. Included are Ken, Monique, Robert and Elizabeth to start with. Next the true "Gems" were the Physical and Occupational Therapy staff which included, Maria, Stephanie, Holly and Emily--you ladies ROCK--the best in the field. THANK YOU ALL. More to come.
