I did a tour of Summit Point. Everything was very clean and modern, and everything looked really comfortable. We liked the suites with the two bedrooms, and that works really well for my brother and his wife. The common areas were very nice, and it certainly appeared that the dining room was nice. We didn't eat there, but we talked to the chef, and it all sounded like they do things that fit in with special diets and that type of thing. The other thing is we like the underground parking.
There's a nice area for people gathered for games, and there were some ladies playing cards in there. It was a nice area and very roomy and all that. I understand that people gather there after dinner. Then there was a nice pool table and an area that would be nice for my brother. They had an exercise room, and it was important that there'd be some sort of exercise room.

My aunt moved into Summit Point. She liked that it was big enough. There were enough residents but not too many. The size was really good for her. She felt very comfortable there. They had a lot of activities that she liked. She likes to play bingo, they have cards, exercise, they are going to start doing some trips to the casino, and things like that that she enjoys. The lady who helped us was accommodating and nice and helped make her move easy. She said the food was good. The facility is well maintained. It's a good value compared to other places we've looked at.

Summit Point seemed to be fine, clean, healthy, and had some activities. The location was the main point I was interested in, and it was convenient to other things I was interested in. The main floor had a dining hall, activities center, and where you pick up your mail. Its three stories with apartments on the ground, second, and third floors in an L-shape. The lady who showed me around seemed fine and answered my questions. I liked the room I might rent because it had a little balcony up on the second floor and the view was fine, which I thought was nice.

I had a nice tour at Summit Point. When you go out at the back of the building, you see acres of woods. I liked the size of the units and that it's close to my family. They have community activities and bus rides out to places. I think what stood out was the fact that they're smart enough to build a car parking area underground with the facility, so older folks like me won't have to go clean their car off during winter. The staff and the young lady who toured me around did a good job.

My mother has been a resident for four months now. I'd definitely give Summit Point an excellent rating. Everything is top notch. Clean, nicely decorated, great food. Staff very friendly and accommodating to every need. Apartment spacious and well maintained. When my time comes, I'd be very happy there.

The staff was very helpful, very caring, and willing to accommodate people at Summit Point. The rooms were very nice, and the food was great. I think they had enough activities for people to get involved in. It was really nice and had three levels of care.

Summit Point had nice apartments and a lot of activities at a reasonable price. They had art classes and entertainment. They have underground parking, which was nice, and some storage space also in the basement. The people I met were very friendly. I got a very good impression from that place. If I had to choose today, that's the one I would choose. They have a snack bar and coffee all day.
