Woodland Pond at New Paltz is a very nice place. It's just that it didn't have as many cultural activities in the area. That's the only complaint about that. We went there. We had lunch there, and we had a tour. It's quite nice, except that it didn't have what we were looking for completely. We only saw a couple of apartments, and they weren't as large as what we were looking for. The food was quite good. We had a nice impression of the staff.

Woodland Pond at New Paltz is a very beautiful facility. You buy in and some of that money would go to the estate. It would be a promising place. It's a brand-new facility and very near where we live. It seemed that it would have everything, and it's a very modern facility. They have bus service to bring them to church service on Sunday. We had lunch there, and it's almost gourmet.

Woodland was a beautiful place. They had apartments and cottages. They were lovely. Apparently, it was adequate for everybody who lived there. The residents were charming people and they were friendly. The staff was excellent. All of them were very friendly and eager to give you information that was necessary to help you when you move. We had a meal there and the food was just lovely. The dining facility was beautiful. It was like going to a luxury hotel. They had basically the same type of activities and you could participate on what interests you. They had arts, music, movies, and lectures you could go. I would recommend them to others as they had the best features for everybody that was living there. However, you had to put money down and we do not want to put down a large amount of money.
