Our experience here was short-lived for many viable reasons. For one thing, the thermostat is locked, and cannot be raised passed 75 degrees, which means IT IS COLD. The heat does come on, however, it is on a timer. There have been incidents involving fleas, and possibly termites. If you have Time Warner in any capacity, you cannot access their provider nor can you watch television with an antennae. The tub is very narrow, and high from the ground which makes entering/exiting difficult, and taking a bath is difficult. If you are a smoker, you must smoke in the dark, cold gazebo they have provided, so smokers beware. Those are just a few of the negatives here. I would not recommend living here.

I'm in Farmington Gardens and I'm very happy with this facility. This is just a 55 and over apartment, but I like the safety and security they provide. It's a very clean new building and there's only 88 apartments here. Everything is new and there's great safety features in the building. It's locked down at night. It's also peaceful and quite and there's a lot of things to do here. There are a lot of activities here that you can participate in. There's not much staff here, just an office and a maintenance person.
