Lions Gate was clean and very nice. They have exercises, a swimming pool, some Bible study, and a library. The staff was very pleasant. It's nice that they had cottages instead of just an apartment setting. If you got extra pieces of luggage, they would give you a space for that. They were nice.

Be for warned, maintenance is useless, you can never find anyone to help you. Evs either. Facilities are dirty and smelly and truth be told falling apart after 15 years. They don’t clean g FB or Covid.

Lions Gate seemed like a very caring facility, and able to meet everybody's needs. The hard part was you put up a certain amount of money so that you're there for a lifetime, and some people can't afford to do that, but they're really good.
We stayed for lunch and the food was great. They have an active physical therapy class, which was helpful for me, and they have a pool, which I really need. All the food accommodations are also provided, and they take you out to either groceries or to the malls. They're still in the process of building new structures too.

Lions Gate is a beautiful campus. It had all the amenities. It took a long time to get from one building to the other, so it was a long walk. The staff was fabulous. The rooms were smaller than we thought they would be. There was a class going on while we were there. The residents were in a concert or something. We saw a swimming pool, and we saw the medical facility that they have. We met a doctor. It was beautiful. I saw a library, I saw where they eat, and I saw the common areas that were beautifully done.
We looked at assisted and independent living. The staff members who accommodated us bent over backward for us. They were wonderful. We had a tour scheduled for the assisted care, and Alan immediately dismissed it, and so they called up the independent living director, who came over and got up and walked over to the independent living area and did a full tour with us. They were wonderful.

Lions Gate has a pretty building, it's pretty inside, and the dining room is nice. The staff member who assisted us seemed nice. They have activities in the gym, and I heard the food is good. However, it's expensive. There's an entrance fee and a monthly fee.

We liked Lion’s Gate. We visited because it was in our price range. The staff was very responsive, very reliable and treated us very well. We’re moving there on Tuesday. The apartments are very nice; I have a two-bedroom, two-bath with a kitchen, a living room, and a dining area. The food is very good. They have everything you ever wanted for activities, including arts and crafts, painting, dancing, all kinds of cards, and a pool. The people who lived there were polite; they introduced themselves to me, and I felt I’ll be welcome there.
