Brookdale Evesham is all-inclusive except for nursing care. But it's age-in-place there, so as my mom needs the nursing care we can add it. But all the meals, everything was right there and included, including housekeeping service. They don't separate the rooms, so you can have someone across the hall who's assisted living and the next room over would be independent living. They don't separate or segregate their residents at all, which I liked. The staff was great.

We visited Brookdale Evesham. The staff member was a very nice girl, very vibrant, and good at her job. It was about a thousand dollars more in price. The rooms were OK, but I wasn't as impressed as the other place. They do your laundry for you if you choose to let them, but they also have washers and dryers if you choose to use your own. They have a library.

The professional staff and facility have been an excellent match for my parents’ transition to senior living. The care and warm attention given to my mother’s needs, which were considerably more than my father’s, were beyond our expectations. Both my father and I are very pleased with Brookdale Evesham.

I went to Brookdale Evesham. Everything is all in one. You can do independent, but you have to pay extra for any extra help you might need. The facility seemed really nice. They're in the process of renovating everything, like the common areas. Their dining room was really nice. The staff was OK. The thing I did not like about Brookdale was the bathroom; they have a regular bathtub with a cutout to get in. I don't know how regular bathtubs with just a little cutout would work. People in wheelchairs and walkers need a walk-in shower, so I was very surprised to see at Brookdale, they have zero walk-in showers. They're all bathtubs and that doesn't work. They're in the middle of renovating, but the rooms that I went in seemed clean. The facilities were good.

My mother is at Brookdale Evesham. She has been there for three weeks now. It has been a burden lifted off of our shoulders having her there. She is thriving and has made new friends. She no longer feels lonely, and she has been adapting really well to her surroundings. Brookdale has been really accommodating to her and to our family, especially during harder times with Covid. She has just really been loving the facility, and she feels like she is at home. The staff I rate 10 out of 10. Everyone has been really helpful and accommodating. They address her by her name. They all know who she is. They go out of their way to make her feel comfortable and to welcome her into the community as a new member. They have really been taking excellent care of her, and she's really happy there. They have a variety of apartments. They have a lot of different clubs, such as gardening clubs and climate change committee. They have a choir, and they have a book club. They have a hair salon and a restaurant style dining room. She says the food has been excellent. They provide three meals a day: breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's included in the pricing and the dietary concerns they have taken into account, too.
